We purchased this heater new from a retailer and had it installed, however when we went to hook up the gas, it was discovered that the gas line going to our building was not big enough to supply all the gas powered equipment we had on the plans, so we had to swap this heater for an electric tank heater. The heater has been installed, but never used and it is available for local pick up in Los Angeles This heater sells for 5-6K new.
