Great souvenir porcelain condiment jar beautifully painted with a gold trim pattern, hand-painted flowers and a scene of the Capital Building on one side. Lidded with matching spoon. Very Good condition overall. Minor wear consistent with age. no chips, cracks or paint loss. The exterior decoration is sharp and crisp.
