Description: Here we have new non-metallic air conditioner disconnects. These are made from tough, almost unbreakable, UV resistant, black plastic that will never deteriorate or make rust stains down the side of the house. The removable pullout switch provides positive assurance that the power is off before servicing the unit. These are new, never installed, and have no holes in them. These were made by Thomas & Betts, catalog number ACP221. Rated for up to 30 amperes, up to 250 volts AC, and accomodate Class H or R 250 volt cartridge fuses. This is a 2 pole switch and also includes an internal neutral/ground bar. These can be used indoors or outside and can be used as disconnects or fuse protection on other equipment besides AC units.
