Return policy details: Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt for items that have not been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks, stains and with all tags attached. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. All orders received with Make-Up marks will be returned to sender. We will not offer refund for items received after 14 days from the date you received your item. Our product has our store security tag or sticker warning attached and cannot be returned once the tag or sticker is removed, a refund or exchange will not be given if the seal is broken or removed. Item(s) must be unused with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging. For hygiene reasons, pierced jewellery, cosmetics, perfumes, toiletries, any health and beauty products, duvets, pillows and bed spreads cannot be returned if opened, unwrapped or unsealed. We are sorry swimwear, socks and underwear cannot be returned. Whilst you are deciding whether to retain your purchase, you do have a statutory duty to take reasonable care of our goods and they remain your responsibility until they arrive safe and sound at our address. We reserve the right to inspect all goods that are returned to us so please do not damage the goods whilst you inspect them or try them on for size. This includes any original packaging and labels. We do not accept liability for any goods that do not reach our store nor can we accept liability for any goods that may be returned to us by mistake.
