The pads look decent and with some minor adjustments and a good cleaning it should be in playing condition. The upper joint had a 4" crack that was previously pined (5 pins) and sealed. The crack line is visible but still appears sealed. The lower joint had a 1/2 crack from the ring to first tone hole that was also sealed.
