Description: Tired of the needle/rubber plug nitrogen charging set-up on Fox PODIUM, AND PODIUM X shocks on all Polaris RZR'S, Honda Pioneer's & Talon's,Artic Cat's, Kawasaki's, YXZ'S, CAN-AM's, ETC! These will eliminate the the rubber pellet and plastic plug, and convert them to the more popular schrader-valve style, that you see on all larger off-road shocks!! Here's the list of what you will need to do make these work..Take your endcaps.. 1) remove the allen-head set screw,&rubber pellet. 2)Drill out the center hole in the cap with a 11/32" metal drill bit in a drill press. 3)Tap threads into the new hole with a 1/8"(pipe) NPT tap. 4) install these schrader valves with some Teflon sealant.. 5) charge your shock with a traditional No-loss nitrogen chuck for accurate and hassle-free nitrogen charging!!.. I sell the chucks and needle assembly's in my ebay store as well. This listing is for two (2) of these valves. These are AUTHENTIC SCHRADER BRAND,Nickel plated brass schrader valves and have 500 psi /450*F Viton High pressure/heat valve cores installed. (These are not standard low pressure ones you will get everywhere else, which will result in nitrogen loss; which will cause a blown shock, and a ruined weekend!!). These come with "knurled" Dill nickel plated High pressure metal caps. These schrader valves have a 1/8-27 NPT(1/8" pipe thread base) and are about 7/8" long total length. I will NOT accept returns of these if you have tried to install these, and return them used. **********For those who don't want to have to chase down the drill, tap, and or having this done, We also have COMPLETE replacement High Volume Nitrogen Reservoir Replacement endcaps, which already have a schrader valve installed in them!
