Nitrogen Regulator Aircraft Strut Accumulator Fill Kit ( LARGE BORE ) 800 PSI

Description: This listing is for a brand new nitrogen regulator kit from Schmidty Racing Suspensions. Our kit includes a UNIWELD RHP800, regulator (0-800 PSI delivery pressure). The regulator comes with a CGA580 tank nipple which will most nitrogen tanks which are available at almost any local welding store, and has rubber cushioned gauges, to guard against damage. The kit also comes with an 8' long(3250# PSI rated) high pressure hose. The kit also includes a LARGE BORE No-Loss chuck, which will allow accurate setting of Nitrogen charged CHAMBERS,STRUTS, HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS, ACCUMULATORS,ETC, with a LARGE BORE schrader style filling valve. The No-Loss chuck allows opening and closing of the schrader valve stem ,under constant pressure, via the small "tee" handle; which gives accurate and repeatable pressure settings. The No-Loss chuck seals to schrader valve stems via an internal crush washer. The No-loss chuck is mounted to a swivel fitting that rotates 360* to get into any position without twisting or kinking the hose.
