Description: RAM chip replacement for Nintendo NES Console. Each Nintendo NES has two RAM chips. The WRAM (Working RAM) and VRAM (Video RAM). Both chips are identical and are interchangeable. The manufactures that made these RAM chips vary based on board revision and other factors, thus the appearance and size also varies. --Important to note--All RAM chips have identical pin outs / functionality and are completely interchangeable. Manufacturer and size do not matter. You will receive 1 RAM chip of one of the pictured manufacturers in the 0.6" width DIP package. I also have auctions for the 0.3" width DIP package however like stated before, they have the same pinout and are interchangeable. RAM chip has been professionally extracted from a front loader donor console ensuring no damage to the RAM chip. RAM chip has been cleaned of excess solder / flux and all dust / debris. After cleaning, RAM chip is thoroughly tested. This is accomplished by running the RAM chip in a working NES console until the nominal operating temperature is reached. This is to ensure the chip has been put through all of its paces before being sold. Packaging: Once sold, RAM chip is retested for quality assurance. RAM chip is then shipped in anti static bag, and anti static bubble packing. Item(s) received will be in similar cosmetic condition to what is pictured. Superficial cosmetic flaws will vary including scuffs / scratches. Everything is cosmetic and will not affect functionality. Please reach out if you have any questions.
