Description: Thank you for viewing our used Nikon AF NIKKOR 80-200mm f/2.8D ED Lens in excellent condition. This second generation professional autofocus zoom dates from 1995 or 1996. It’s external glass surfaces are smooth and free from coating marks. There is no discernible internal dust. Cosmetically, it shows less than average usage. The crinkle finish of the 80-200mm tends to stand up well to handling. This one has very minor marks on the barrel. The lens mount is clean and shows no brassing. Focus and zoom are smooth and the image in the viewfinder is bright and crisp. The front and rear caps are in tact and fit snuggly. The HB-7 lens hood is in perfect condition. Everything is protected by a Nikon CL-43A hard case. The AF NIKKOR 80-200mm f/2.8D ED is famous for razor sharp clarity and great contrast. You can’t do better at this price! Please Note! AF is not supported on Nikon DSLRs that require Nikon's AF-S lenses. These Nikon cameras include: D40, D50, D60, D3000, D3100, D5000 & D5100. Other recent Nikon DSLR cameras may also be affected.
