A 1/5-1/2 H.P. direct drive permanent magnet motor for single phase operation only. This motor is designed for room air conditioner application in residential unit with easy cord access allowing an installers access to the blower wheel. This motor is not designed for window air conditioners or wall air conditioner. I bought this motor for both of my Hydrofoil project boats, The boats are approximately 32' long. I needed a motor that had horsepower and was also small enough to be mounted on the back of the boat and not take up room in front. This motor did the job.
