Description: For sale is a great single cup made by Ludwigsburg around 1790. The cup is really well painted with a ruin type scene in the front including a base, a vase and some fallen over columns in a landscape surrounding. The rest of the cup has a nice floral garland design all around with a single flower to the inside and gold trim to the top edge. The cup is in great condition with a firing flaw to the top edge - looks like it got stuck to something else in the kiln and a chip to the foot ring. It is marked faintly with the interlaced CC mark and some impressed numbers.
