Salonina married Gallienus while he was caesar under his father.When he became Emperor she became Empress.She lost all three sons to political machinations and in 268 when herhusband was assassinated she lost her title and disappeared from history, quite possibly been executed in a Senate ordered purge. Obverse depicts right facing bust of Salonina.Reverse shows a standing doe. Authenticated by the NGC, it was given the grade " ABOUT UNCIRCULATED" with a4/5 for Strike and a 4/5 for Surface.
