Description: NFL Jim Otto Oakland Raiders HOF 8x10 Signed Photo This picture comes from a large lot of signed pictures from the NFL, MLB, NHL, NBA, Boxing, etc. The original owner lived in the St Louis, MO area so the bulk of the pictures are Cardinals (baseball and football) and Blues. But it looks like he spent a lot of time in the Dallas area because he has a lot of Cowboy and Rangers pictures. If a picture came with a COA, I note that in the item title. For those photos he had signed at card shows, he may have taken pictures of the player to go with the photo. He also had pictures taken of him standing by some of the signers but that would not qualify as a COA. For those pictures that do not have a personal shot of the signer, I do not know how he acquired it. Every picture that is included in each listing will be sent to the buyer.
