As pictured, a new old stock trailer hitch receiver cover. I believe it's made from ABS plastic. The face measures about 5" x 3-1/2". The shaft is about 3-1/4" deep x 2" wide/tall. This has been sitting stored for a while, and may be a little dusty or show other signs of light wear. I would be happy to answer any and all questions, or provide more pictures if needed.
