This heavy-duty planetary drive Auger produces extra high power and torque for anchor applications and extreme ground conditions, including rock, shale, clay, frozen ground or asphalt. Dig holes with speed and plumb-line accuracy then use the reverse rotation feature for cleaning out the hole quickly. The smaller drive housing allows the entire drive unit to follow the bit into the hole, adding a foot more dig depth that a standard auger units. With optional multi-length extensions available, you can dig even further! With our unique knuckle-joint design, the Auger will hand plumb even on the most uneven terrain. It is an ideal tool for drilling holes for posts, piers, poles and trees in almost any type of application. Constructed of T1 & Grade 50 American steel throughout, this heavy-duty Auger houses a Premier planetary drive motor that features a max pressure rating of 3500 PSI and 81 RPM at 15 GPM. With a minimum hydraulic flow requirement of 8 GPM and a maximum of 17 GPM, this Auger is built for most compact and utility tractors on the market today. Comes fully assembled with covered Parker hoses, flat-faced couplers, and a durable powder coat finish.
