Description: One Foot Flipper ebay Sales This TV is almost 40 years old and has never been turned on. It is still in the plastic inside, pristine and new. Never even had batteries in it. This came from the estate of someone who was a home shopping network addict, and the whole basement was full of old items like this still in the boxes, most never opened. I opted not to try turning this on. I don't have the proper optional AC adapter, the battery compartment has obviously never had batteries in it (no marks, and the foam isn't even pressed down). Once I turn it on it isn't new anymore and even a "new" set of this age could possibly need some of the capacitors replaced as those will wear out from age without being used at all. This is for TV collectors only. If you can't understand the ins and outs of vintage sets and the fact that a brand new one might need service directly out of the box then don't buy this. I repeat. I am not going to power this up, turn it on, or test it in any way. It stops being new and starts being used the second I do that. There are not a lot of "brand new" vintage CRT TV sets left in the world and I am not going to make that number go down by one to satisfy the curiosity of someone who likely won't buy it anyway.ShippingMost items ship the next business day.
