The Mercury NMEA2000 SmartCraft Gateway converts Mercuryengine and system data to NMEA 2000 for use on non‑Mercury gauges and displaysfor 1 to 4 engines. It also converts applicable NMEA2000 data to SmartCraftdata for display by applicable SmartCraft gauges and displays. Includes a NMEA2000 "T" connector for quick installation. NMEA 2000 Gateway as a Connection: The Gateway allows SC1000 Tachometer and Speedometer datato be displayed on NMEA 2000 Devices. This device is used in instances where SmartCraft data isdesired on the NMEA 2000 bus. Applies to single through quad engineapplications. For multi‑engineinstallations all engines must be networked on the CAN‑P bus. To ensure propergateway operation it must be connected to a 10‑pin connection that receives a wake signal fromany key switch.
