The figure is about 5.5" tall, features a "water-blast attack" ability, and is still brand new and factory sealed. The packaging is overall in pretty good shape with a little bending, denting, edge & corner wear, scuffs & scratches, and other light wear & tear. Due to factory packaging, the figure's nose and one of his knees make contact with the inside of the clear plastic window section of the package though they don't look to have sustained any real wear from the contact.
