The material is 73% polyester, 23% rayon 4% spandex. The waistband has no belt loops. There is one horizontal pocket on the back right side. There are no side pockets. . I know the picture looks odd as both sides are not the same length. I took the pictures "horizontally" and then rotated them. It's very hard to position the camera to get a good picture with both sides to have the same length.
