Carafe size is approx. 9" x 5". Lid, carafe, and filters are all made by Chemex. Note that the lid is intended to help retain heat. It just sets on the top and does not completely cover or seal the opening. I do my best to charge shipping only for what I will be charged by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, and I do not attempt to charge any more than that.
