This groundbreaking work, known as a masterpiece of 60s rock, which greatly expanded the possibilities of jam sessions in rock, reaching number 12 on the US charts, is being released 55 years ago. To commemorate this, the quadraphonic (4ch mix) version that appeared in 1972 has been revived as the world's first SA-CD multi-hybrid record after 51 years. The multi-channel SA-CD layer is a high-resolution file taken from the original master tape of the quadraphonic LP, mastered in Japan to DSD, and the CD layer is the latest remaster using the SA-CD stereo high-resolution master, and the package is a 7-inch paper jacket specification that has been elaborately resized from the domestic quadraphonic LP.
