NEW Carter-Hoffmann M243S-2T N5 Modular Holding Cabinet 8 Section Warmer

Description: Acquired as part of multiple lots in a custom commercial vehicle upfitter liquidation auction, I have for sale 1 new Carter-Hoffmann M243S-2T N5 Modular Holding Cabinet - it is an 8 bay commercial warmer which retails for around $7K new from restaurant supply companies. I picked up this unit still stapled shut in factory original freight packaging and opened it only to take pictures. The unit has never been used and not even fully removed from factory packaging. Comes with instruction manual and Carter-Hoffmann branded USB stick (for settings reprogramming I believe). Date code after serial number shows this unit was manufactured February of 2022. Serial number 784374. Specification sticker on the warmer shows it uses standard 120V and draws 10 amps for a power consumption of 1200 watts. The 1/3 size food pans are not included - it ships that way from the factory. Such food pans for these warmers appear to be standard food service materials and are cheaply available online. Free freight shipping. Handling time is listed as 3 days, but so long as your order is placed during business hours Sunday through Thursday I will likely have it shipped out the next day. For orders placed on Fridays or Saturdays, the item may not ship until Monday.
