If for some reason there is a problem with your order/item, buyer has 3 days to contact us after delivery. After 3 days, the item will be considered to be ok. Shipping/Handling: We do not make the carrier rates for shipping, but in an effort to keep shipping as low as possible we do not charge a Packing/Handling fee for materials used.
