It is vinyl, features Minnie's image (not face) and it is red striped. Very nice from this year, 2024. There are 6 credit card slots on each side/inside and a zippered change section in the middle. There is no picture ID card slot, just the credit card slots and areas behind those for storage. Dimensions: 7 1/2 inches by 4 inches in height. This comes from a smoke free and smell free home. I ship very fast as I do "click and ship" with the post office. This means that once you have paid, I do a label and my mail carried picks up the package at my door.
