Description: NES Mighty Bomb Jack Prototype From Nintendo Of America Distributor Estate. This is an early Tecmo prototype that includes a 60-pin Famicom board with EPROMS attached to a 72pin adapter. The front label is a pre-production label as well - printed on matte label stock, not the gloss type commonly found on NES games. Other differences may include code differences in the game, however we have not done a hex comparison. The rom file was dumped and preserved by the Video Game History Foundation. This prototype games came from a Nintendo of America distributors collection (Steve McKay). He has since passed away. The family found them in the attic and gave them to a local auction house years ago to auction off and we were able to pick up 20-30 of them. There are a portion of the higher end games that got graded and will be in a Heritage auction coming up this year. If you have any other questions, please feel free to reach out :-) Thank you for looking and happy bidding! Well, packaged, insured, fast shipping :-)
