It’s in what appears to be unused condition. The text block doesn’t seem to have any loose signatures and I found no writing except on a blank intro page. I did see what I suspect is a slightly exposed signature at the back, but this was typical across the entire production line and doesn’t mean that it is weaker than it should be. The single column format is a joy to read from. These slim RSVs are long out of print. The art-gilding (though rather faint when opened) is in great condition. The binding is most likely genuine leather without any signs of usage. Flexible. Box has some minor wear.
