Description: 【Near MINT 】Minolta Hi-Matic 7s Rangefinder Film Camera 45mm f1.8 WORKS with Case Minolta Hi-Matic 7s Rangefinder with Minolta Rokkor PF 45mm f/1.8 lens. Includes strap and case. The meter switch is on the underside of the lens using the ISO setting. Often the meter will not turn on for a few seconds or until you lightly tap the side of the camera. Once on, it will stay on until turned off, and work without problem. I used and include an alkaline LR44 battery with foil instead of the silver mercury replacement battery or weincel. The viewfinder/rangfinder optics have been cleaned inside and out, so the viewfinder is clear and bright. Functionality Check Exposure Meter: Responding properly to light levels (alkaline battery) Viewfinder and Lenses: Clear and bright, no scratches, haze or fungus. Film Chamber: Clean, original light seals Battery: NEW ALKALINE BATTERY INSTALLED Other functions: auto exposure, film advance, film rewind, timer, hot shoe, frame counter etc- all work fine. SN 968256 Cosmetics: Almost Mint cosmetic condition -- A beautiful example. It has a slight dent on the back door directly below the viewfinder, hard to notice, about where your thumb goes when you hold the camera. The Strap has a repair using a bolt and nut (see pic).
