Two abstract expressionist color-field screen prints by the Indian-American artist Natvar Prahladji Bhavsar. These two delightful pieces are very representative examples of the artist's beautiful mid-century work. Printed on handmade paper, both are signed and dated in pencil. The first piece is signed and dated 1967, and numbered 5 of 20. The second piece is signed and dated 1969, and also numbered 5 of 20. Both in in matching frames. Both prints measure 10 x 10 inches, and the frames are 17 x 17 inches. Some very slight toning to the white of the paper, but overall beautiful condition after more than 50 years.
