Description: Hi, each one of these is 2 Tbsp's of kefir grains made from raw milk (by volume). They're mostly grown from raw cow milk, but sometimes raw sheep or raw goat milk. All have been fed grass, hay, and some grains. They're very slimy as they should be, I've been selling these since around 2010, drinking since 2005.
