While we are not able to listen to every track of every album we sell, we do listen to a portion of every album to provide the most accurate grading that we can. We visually inspect each item for quality, along with album covers and inner sleeves. We replace all non-original inner sleeves with fresh ones. We also provide new polypropylene outer sleeves on each album for our buyers. We never use stock photos or other sellers' photos, so what you see photographed is the item(s) you will receive. Additionally, we understand that grading vinyl, even within certain perameters, is still a somewhat subjective process. That is why we choose to offer a full SIXTY day money back free return policy. That is because we ship vinyl with more protection than most, so that you don't end up disappointed with broken pieces in your package. We have yet to have an lp broken during shipment. While there is a first for everything, we take the utmost care in packaging your item. The shipping cost covers: 1) Inner and outer sleeves.2) A shipping box specifically designed to wrap around your record from all 4 directions. This provides special protection for your item. 4) Each lp, with protective inner and outer sleeves, is placed in an oversized, sealed bag that waterproofs your item. It is taped closed to fit the box. 5) TWO cardboard inserts are used inside the box protecting the lp on both the front and back. If other sellers provide an insert, it is usually on just one side. We feel that the 2nd insert more properly protects records from the shock that boxes occasionally are put through during transit. It is because of these extra steps that we charge extra for shipping, only to cover our costs. IF your item happens to get damaged we will fully refund you after receiving photos of the damage. Please retain the original packaging if there is damage.
