Description: NASA/Spacelab British Aerospace Sign 22"x35" This is the lid from an authentic wooden crate containing parts for the SpaceLab program used with the space shuttle. The box and lid came from MSFC and the box had a lot of wood rot on it. The lid did not so it was removed cleaned up slightly then sealed with a hard clear coat to preserve the stenciling and stickers, then hardware attached so it can be displayed as vintage NASA Art. The sign originated from British Aerospace Dynamics Group, like the box reads, contained parts for SL, or Space Lab. There is also an authentic NASA "Criticsl Space Item" sticker attached as well. A unique and rare example of the European effort joining with NASA USA on the SpaceLab Project. Sign is 22" x 35".
