Built upon an existing building, the structure was further enhanced with a few details (roof vents, side vents), weathered by hand, and graffiti. Most of these items have been also been painted and weathered for realism. 12V incandescent bulb is mounted inside the building, should you choose to light it. There are blackout shades on some windows to complete the look. Windows were glazed with frosted film to add to the nice without being see-through. The base measures 7.25"(L) x 2.25"(W). Stands about 4" tall.
