MZ-R700 Walkman Minidisc Recorder, Fully Serviced

Description: Up for sale is an MZ-R700 minidisc recorder that's been fully serviced and recalibrated. I got this recorder with battery corosion in the battery compartment, and after cleaning that I had to fabricate a new positive battery terminal, but it works as good as new now. While the player was open I also lubed the mechanism with silicone lube, so it works much quieter and faster now. The last pic in the listeing serves as proof that the player was in fact opened and serviced. A laser calibration has been performed in the service menu. I don't own any pressed MDs, so I could only calibrate the laser for burned MDs, but it reads all of my disks no problem. Comes with a rechargable battery and a USB cable for powering and charging. Comes with a blank minidisc included so there's no hastle in getting started recording.
