Description: Welcome to my Auction! Up for your consideration is an original drawing that I have done, based on the wonderful and magical animated series 'My Little Pony - Friendship is Magic'. Like so many others, I have fallen in love with this show and am a long-time fan of MLP from it's beginning in the 1980s. I have worked with Prismacolor Art Pencils since I was a child and have always loved drawing animated characters. I have worked hard to get my pictures accurate to the colors, proportions and spirit of the show. This is drawn on high quality, acid-free Bristol art paper. The quality of the Prismacolor pencils are truly the best - as they are highly saturated, vibrant and resist fade over the years. I have drawings from many years ago that look just as rich and beautiful today because of the wonderful quality of these materials. This picture comes from the memorable first season - after joining forces to defeat Nightmare Moon and save Princess Celestia, the six new friends discover that they embody the 'Elements of Harmony' - Honesty, Kindness, Laughter, Loyalty, Generosity and Magic - and release the power of true friendship!This artwork measures 15x19 and is suitable for display and framing.
