Territory(Saipan, PR, any island that is not in north America) , especially the ones that are far away from mainland like Saipan, PR and other US. I ship USPS ground on most items and for a location like Saipan it can take up to 1-2 months for delivery. If you order from my store you agree to wait for delivery if you are in those locations and be patient with USPS.
