He completed musculoskeletal fellowships at McMaster University and the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. Dr. O'Neill has served on national guideline committees for the Canadian Association of Radiologists and has presented at the American Roentgen Ray Society. His papers have appeared in journals such as Clinical Radiology and CardioVascular & Interventional Radiology.
