Description: Pretty plum colored handcrafted textured rayon dress by Ms. Emma Designs, from I’m guessing the early 1990s. It’s a unique vintage piece that is quietly elegant. Made in Canada, it features an open V-neck, cap sleeves, an empire waistline, a loose sheath fit below the waist, and side slits in the skirt. The fabric is soft and silky rayon. The size tag is missing but it’s shown on a Size 8 dress form (bust 35.5” waist 26.5” hips 36.5”) on which it fits nicely. See pictures for measurements.
