Description: Mr. Christmas Holiday Around The Carousel (Musical) (non-rotating). Tested, and the carousel doesn't seem to rotate. I can hear the motor working so there is something preventing it from roting (maybe an easy fix, not 100% sure). It appears to be in very nice looking condition.
