Description: PLEASE READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION - THIS STUFF IS IMPORTANTThe size of this rectangle shaped mouse pad is 7.75" x 9.25" x 1/4", (this is not a skinny, flimsy mouse pad), with open cell rubber backing to prevent movement when your mouse gets wild. The image is sublimated to the surface so it won't fade, crack or peel. This is a high quality mouse pad that will take all the abuse your mouse can give it. It makes a great gift for yourself or someone else. This is a watercolor rendition of the dog. There are watercolor "splashes" around the straight picture. Send a message in the note to seller to let me know if you want the short or long haired dog with tilted head or straight head. If I don't receive your preference I will send the long haired with tilted head. If adding text, send a message in the note to seller when checking out or in an eBay message. Text will be copied and pasted AS SENT, so be sure it's the way you want it - capitalization, spelling, punctuation, etc. I will send you a preview ONLY if adding text (usually within about 3 hours, check spam/junk mail). If you don't get a preview, I didn't get your text and the pad will be sent with no personalization. Changes are welcome but I will ship this out the next business day, so check your email for the preview. If I don't hear from you I will assume that you approve of the preview as sent. If you have provided the wrong address in the shipping information, and your item is returned to me, you will have to pay for reshipping it. If the tracking information for your item shows it has been delivered by the Post Office, then I assume that it has indeed been delivered. If you can't find it you will have to get in touch with your Post Office as I have no control over it's delivery, only the Post Office does. Due to the high heat needed to produce the mouse pads, there may be a rubber odor, which will disappear if a few days. If this item is personalized, returns will be accepted ONLY if a mistake was made in the production of the item or it was damaged in transit. We will pay for return shipping costs. If the item is not personalized, returns will be accepted if item is unused and in resalable condition. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
