They are not in Mint Condition thats the name of the Colorway/Wash which might be confusing. They are 94% Cotton, 5% Polyester, 1% Elastane blend. This wash has some factory fades for that vintaged look. The waistband can stretch about an inch more from the measured pic. Please go by the measurements. I include a diagram with all the leg measurements in the Full Description.
