Description: an original edition of Morris Canal Abandonment Problems by Hudson Maximthe only date I see is at the end of his forward - 1913the book cover is "real wood veneer" - there is some chipping, splitting, and wear - a previous owner has reattached a piece on the back cover from where an about 2 3/4" by 3/4" piece came off - another piece came off of that repair and is present if you wish to try and repair again - photos 12 and 13there is about a 2" split in the wood on the front cover at the left bottom near the spinethe first page also has a tear/split in roughly the same placethe next page is loose and has a fold out map attached - photos 3-5another fold out map at the back - photo 10there are 63 numbered pages - pages 57-63 and the last few blank pages all have the bottom corner clipped - photo 11the only marking is one of the first blank pages has the word canal in pencil at the top right of the pagethere is a little toning, a couple of other pages with corners clipped or chipped
