Description: This listing is for the ferro rod holder ONLY! There are no knives or ferro rods included.This is a Morakniv Deluxe ferro rod holder that fits the Garberg, the Kansbol, and the Eldris. This will not fit the Garberg or Kansbol with the MOLLE multi mount, it will only fit with the belt loop. It holds up to a 1/2" diameter ferro rod. This new model has the addition of a 20mm button compass and an integrated ultra loud whistle. This item is 3D printed out of durable plastic. They fit extremely tight on the sheath, and do not require any glue. Condition is New. Shipped with USPS.Having the knife in the sheath with the compass attached will effect the reading of the compass. Either take the holder off of the sheath, or safely take the knife out of the sheath in order to get an accurate reading.This holder will come with 2 ferro rod spacers to fit different sized rods. If you find that the size or shape of your ferro rod handle interferes with the insertion of the rod, insert the next bigger sized rod spacer to give it more room to articulate.There is a tensioning nub on the inside that contacts the sheath. If the fit to the sheath seems too tight and difficult to slip on (mostly on the Eldris,) the nub can be sanded or filed down to relieve some pressure.Available in Black or Olive. The Olive is not an exact match to Morakniv's greenBeing that these are 3D printed, there may be slight visual imperfections, but nothing that compromises structural integrity, or hinders its function.
