Though the 1st chapter of the manga would be included in the subequent issue of this magazine, this issue included the 1st glimpse of Neon Genesis Evangelion in a black and white ad (see 2nd picture above). It pre-dated the anime by several months. The subsequent issue of this magazine with the 1st full chapter has been selling for thousands of dollars in recent auctions, so if you don't want to break the bank, this is the next best thing. It shows some minor signs of use/age, such as light wrinkles (see pictures above of the exact book you will receive), but overall I think it is in much better condition than most of these that you will find.
