This is Registered Collection Buckle #M-D203, a Montana, U.S. Bicentennial Commemorative with signed artwork by Artist Bob Scriver. This is a heavier, solid brass buckle with a darkened accents, made by Heritage Mint Ltd., in 1976. The buckle is in pretty decent condition, as shown in the photos it does have some tarnish / patina and some wear and tear from age or use. This buckle measures approximately 3-3/8" x 2-1/2", it fits a 1-3/4" wide belt and it weighs about 5.3 oz.
