It does not have the roller that rides on the cam or the catch plate as this was how I acquired it and don’t have the pieces. It appears to have been media blasted before I acquired it. It doesn’t appear to have any cracks breaks or welds. Shipping is with Priority Mail, international is with “eBay international standard delivery”, or Priority Mail.
