You're looking at a very good condition book which is OUT OF PRINT and a portrait of a Kodiak Bear in Alaska written by ROGER CARAS---the book is a mass market paperback published by Penguin Books in 1977. This book is in very good condition and has a horizontal crease on the lower center of the front cover, a slight crease on the lower right corner of the front cover, a light horizontal crease on the center spine edges and adjacent spots on the covers, slight creases on the opening tips of the back cover, some sunning (fading) on the spin edge, a very light discolored spot and slight wrinkle on the lower edge of the pages, a few slight discolored spots on the lower right edge of the last pages of the book and along the opening page edge, a very light discolored spot on the right edge of the first pages of the book, three small notes written on the upper edge of the back surface of the last page and just light shelfwear and light browsing wear otherwise but no other significant flaws.
