Description: MOLTKE (1901) Built by Blohm & Voss, Hamburg, Germany for the Hamburg-American Line. She was a 12,335 GT ship with dimensions of 525'x62'. Twin-screw, 16.5 knots, quadruple expansion engines, two masts and two funnels. She had passenger accommodations for 390 first, 230 second and 550 third class.Built for the Far East service, but maiden voyage was from Hamburg-Plymouth-New York on February 9, 1902. Transferred to Genoa-Naples-New York route in 1906. Came under the control of the Italian Government in 1915 and renamed PESARO. In 1919 was placed in the service of Lloyd Sabaudo and then scrapped in 1926. She was a sister ship of the BLUECHER. INTERIOR CARD (PROMODE DECK?) iN GERMAN!
