True to form, I have kept it in excellent condition. There are no tears, rips or any destructive damage. There are several of the typical and unavoidable small creases in the cover from initial viewing. I did read the magazine though once and always took photo copies of what I was interested in, creating a personalized instructional booklet,which meant that I could save the magazine for resale, today, as it is in excellent condition.
