COMES WITH A PAIR OF SHORT STEEL RODS FOR MOUNTING TO A MITCHELL "SWING-AWAY" MATTE-BOX CASTING.NOTE: At times, once in awhile 4" X 4" filters go in a little "tight", without any play or tolerance.It is my conjecture, ( and not fact ) that older 4" x 4" cinema filters were slightly undersized,to then fit into a matte-box that had an opening size of exactly 4", and no more, OR: the filters were first placed in "Matte filter-trays" that actually contained filters that measured far less than 4" in width, and the filter-tray itself was just under 4" in width. In any case, this Matte-box has (2) 4" wide slots.
