Description: This is a custom 12" figure set of two characters from one of my favorite tv series, Miss Fisher's Murder Mysteries. Phryne Fisher and Jack Robinson are two of my favorite detectives. This Australian tv series is based on the author Kerr Greenwood's detective book series.This series is set in 1920's Melbourne, Australia. Phryne Fisher grew up believing she was responsible for the kidnapping and death of her younger sister Janey while they were at the circus. Phryne is a well to-do glamorus independent woman who becomes a detective determined to stop at nothing to solve any crime. She is often aided by people of her household as well as (reluctantly sometimes) the local police Detective Inspector John "Jack" Robinson. This series was great with good actors playing believable characters featuring some good stories. PLEASE NOTE- While this figure lot does not look exactly like Phryne or Jack, there is a nice resemblance and the figure set displays well. this set is for display and not play. Phryne's skirt makes her a little less poseable than normal due to the cut of the garment but still displays well. stands included. sold as is.
